Responsibilities

-   Perform routine maintenance, thorough inspections and repairs on a wide range of agricultural equipment and GPS systems

-          Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical and electronic issues utilising diagnostic tools and technical manuals

-          Effectively communicate with farmers and clients to understand equipment issues

-          Collaborate with the team to tackle big jobs and problem solve.

-          Stay up to date with emerging technologies and attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

-          Qualified mechanic who is ready to upskill

-          Strong mechanical aptitude

-          Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment

-          Effective communication skill to interact with customers and team members

-          Valid drivers license and a commitment to safety protocols

Parts Interpreter Apprenticeship

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the agricultural industry? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team for a Parts Interpreter Apprenticeship. This apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on training and valuable experience in the field of agricultural parts interpretation.

Key responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing parts and accessories

Interpret and analyze parts breakdowns, diagrams and technical specifications

Parts quoting, ordering, invoicing and stocking

Collaborate with the Service and Sales team to provide Aftersales support to customers

Provide excellent customer service, including responding to enquiries and resolving issues

Assist Parts team with inventory management

Essential skills:

Reliable, punctual, customer focused

Strong computer skills essential

Mechanical aptitude, detail oriented

Interest in the agricultural industry
