Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, thorough inspections and repairs on a wide range of agricultural equipment and GPS systems

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical and electronic issues utilising diagnostic tools and technical manuals

·         Effectively communicate with farmers and clients to understand equipment issues

·         Collaborate with the team to tackle big jobs and problem solve.

·         Stay up to date with emerging technologies and attend training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

·         Qualified mechanic who is ready to upskill

·         Strong mechanical aptitude

·         Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment

·         Effective communication skill to interact with customers and team members

·         Valid drivers license and a commitment to safety protocols

Machine assembly/Yard Person

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with machines? We have an exciting opportunity for a machine assembler/yard person for our busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Machine assembly/fitment

• Moving Equipment in the yard/Workshop (Machines)

• Preparing Equipment i.e. washing down machines, detailing

• Unloading deliveries with forklift

• Contribution to the flow of the workshop daily routine

• General yard operation work

• Assisting mechanics

• Workshop Cleaning

• Pick up and delivery of machinery

Requirements

• High level of energy and commitment

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to work as a team

• Safety Conscious

• Mechanical aptitude

• Drivers Licence

• Forklift Licence

• Desirable - Light and/or Heavy Truck Licence
